REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Illinois Black Voter Research Project
The Illinois Black Advocacy Initiative is seeking a research consultant to support the Illinois Black Voter Research Project, a statewide effort to deepen our understanding of Black electoral power and identify opportunities to strengthen Black political power across Illinois.
